Spredgar
Software is the sole owner of the information collected on
www.spredgar.com.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways
different from what is disclosed in this statement. Spredgar Software collects information from our users at several
different points on our website. Like
most standard web site servers we use log files. This includes IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser type, ISP
(internet service provider), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time
stamp, and # of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s
movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for
aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable
information. We use a tracking utility called "WebTrends" that uses
these log
files to analyze user movement. This site contains links to other sites.
www.spredgar.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
We have links with several partners, but we don't share either aggregate or
personally identifiable information that we collect from our users with these
partners. Our site uses forms and e-mail buttons for customers to request information, provide
feedback, and be kept abreast of new product developments. We collect visitor's contact
information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or
credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to
our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor
when bug fixes or new products are available on our web site. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is
collected is used to bill the user for our products. We do not supplement any of the information we collect on our web site by using any
additional public or private sources.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of
the information under our control. When you place an order, you supply your credit card
number using a secure server. The security is guaranteed so long as you use
a browser that supports secure forms (Microsoft Internet explorer 4.0 or later,
or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later). Your credit card number is verified and
billed by our
credit card processor,
Authorize.Net. Your order is sent to us via e-mail, and our business never
actually receives your credit card number, only your name, address, e-mail address, purchase
amount, and Site Code. We will fill your order by returning a Site Key to you via the e-mail
address you supplied at the time you placed your order.
We will maintain your e-mail address on file to inform you of product enhancements,
unless you choose to opt-out. We never release your e-mail
address to anyone outside our organization.
